Join Cornerstone Coffeehouse and Dr. Aparna Trikha, a functional medicine pharmacist, on Sunday, November 12th at 2 pm as she provides you with valuable information on how you can support your family’s immune system. She will focus on dietary and lifestyle modifications along with a basic review of immune boosting supplements.
Dr. Aparna Trikha is a graduate of University of Maryland School of Pharmacy and is currently a functional medicine pharmacist with PharmToTable. She became passionate about functional medicine after coming to the realization that focusing on the root cause of disease is the best way to treat and even prevent chronic illnesses. Her areas of focus include digestion and gut health, metabolic health, medication induced nutrient depletion, and making lifestyle changes to improve one’s overall health.
